About the Author

Lisette de Roche spends her time between her apartment in West London and a cottage on the border of Devon and Somerset counties in a rural corner of South East England.

Lisette first visited Ukraine back in 2006 and she has frequented the country ever since. She feels that Brits are only just beginning to learn about Ukraine. Lisette tries to introduce Ukraine to her compatriots by describing and promoting things she discovered there - like birch sap that she first drank in Ukraine.
